At CoFanUs, every item is printed just for you—made to order with care and precision. Because of this personalized approach, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns

We accept return items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive an item that is not up to standard, please
contact us at info@cofanus.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your
order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product if
possible. We’ll review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please note:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process any return requests after this period.

As all items are custom-printed, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly encourage you to consult the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

 

Exchanges

Since each item is printed to order and we don’t hold
inventory, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly
replace it with the same item at no extra cost. Please reach out to us at
info@cofanus.com within 14 days of your purchase to initiate the process.

 

Shipping & Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process
your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 3–5
business days from the processing date.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cofanus is not responsible for any shipping fees or delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

 

International Orders

For international shipments, any duties, customs fees, or
taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise during
checkout. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering to avoid
unexpected fees.

Because we don’t carry stock and every item is printed on
